“This tomato had us at Hello! Vigorous vines produce a truly multi-use tomato. Oxheart shaped but much earlier than any other oxheart we have grown. When irrigated well it is incredibly juicy, sweet and delicious, and very high yielding of 8-12 oz fruit. Produces extremely well late into the season, especially for such an early variety. Jory was grown throughout the Willamette Valley for canning in the 1920s, most likely dry-farmed, and is therefore a good candidate for dry farm production now.” Text from Adaptive Seeds.
