The Guinness World Records website lists Smokin Ed’s Carolina Reaper as the hottest with an average of 1,569,300 Scoville Heat Units.  Other websites list Carolina Reaper at 2,200,000 SKU, but this has not been confirmed by Guinness to my knowledge.
